The hotel is spotless and has spacious rooms and very clean beds. the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. the venue's location is lovely, right by Rustington beach.

I booked a room with a very clean bed, thoughtful tea making facilities and coffee. Location: the hotel was close enough to the village centre, all the local shops and restaurants and Kenmore Guest House for 9 nights in July-August. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good.

The family bedroom was perfect for our group of friends, with plenty of space. the house itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the location was convenient, with shops and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the hot power shower was a refreshing way to start the day. We also appreciated the ample parking facilities. it was a lovely and quiet stay, just as we had hoped.

This place has a fantastic location near the village center in a peaceful area, the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of meals, the service is top-notch, and the food is delicious.

We had an amazing time staying at this guest house! The location was perfect - walking distance to shops, a pub, and the coast. We also loved the free on-site parking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

No complaints. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
